Glyph Deconstruction Broken

It simply isn't working, I managed to deconstruct 3 then it bugged out and would no longer deconstruct - the noise happens but the glyph is not destroyed, nothing else happens. Relogging does not help.

I have reported it in game, but just wanted to draw attention to it (for the sake of other players as much as anything, for info).

    @Epona222 - Thank you, we're actively looking into this. Have you tried it on any other characters? Is it just one character, or an account-wide issue?

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom - As an aside, has the hireling/Kuta issue been fixed relating to Runestone (Aspect) Extraction? Given that I'm already at the skill max, there's really no point in having extraction.

    I feel a bit silly, but having done some experimentation it appears that what is broken is actually the "Inventory Full" message that should appear in the top right of the screen. My inventory was filling up without me realising due to now getting more than 1 rune per deconstruct, and the "Inventory Full" message is not showing - that is what needs to be fixed (that and my brain).

    For me if I didn't have 3 slots open, it would play the sound but not deconstruct. As soon as I had at least 3 slots open, worked perfectly fine. I would suggest making sure you have the space since now you have the chance to get all your runestones back with each having it's own individual roll.

    I also would like to know the answer to this. I went 2 months without getting a Kuta, I put 3 points into aspect extraction and my next 3 hireling emails had Kuta. Now my points were refunded. Do I need to put the points back into Aspect extraction to get Kuta?

    There is another issue that I came across today with my Vet 11 main character.

    I was deconstructing Vet7-9 purple glyphs and when I reached halfway through the experience bar for level 35 enchanting I stopped receiving any experience for deconstructing any more of those glyphs. I used up 5 of these testing out if it was just a UI error where the experience wasn't showing up, or if indeed I was not earning any experience.

    I was able to gain experience by creating more glyphs, but when I went back to deconstruct another of the purple glyphs, I was still not awarded any experience for them.

    I have points in all my enchanting skills, and am trying to get it to level 40 so I can make level 9 glyphs to match my character level.

    Could you please add this very disturbing bug to the list please.
