[BUG] Cannot Feed As A Vamp When Restoration Staff Is Equipped (Tied To Animation Issues)

I can feed with my destruction staff equipped but when I have my restoration staff equipped I cannot feed. I see the icon and I have even moved as close as I can but I cannot feed. I switch to the destruction staff and I can feed.

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭Just tested again and if I have my restro staff out for use I can feed. If it is "on my back" I cannot feed.0

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭I've tested this some more and it seems to be tied to the restoration staff issues. For some reason with this freaky animation we have now with the restoration staff my character will glide and her feet will not move. It isn't a fps or latency issue as it only happens when she is moving with the restoration staff. When that happens I cannot feed if I go from the "glide" into sneak. If I go from "glide", stop and let her feet hit the ground, then go into sneak I can feed. So this is some glitch tied to the restro glitch. I can work around it now that I know how it happens but it is a bug.Edited by Seravi on September 16, 2014 9:45AM0
