Gap closers and charge abilities should have increased cost.
Why? It puts you in melee range, where generally you are just as vulnerable as your target (especially in PvP since most sorcs who complain about this are surrounded by stealthed bankers just waiting to surround a melee range target), and simply helps balance the op bolt escape/infinite mama bullcrap.
SWTOR went F2P because people didn't feel it was catchy enough to pay for it, from the boring mission lines to the silly football games.Do we have to go down the same path again? Because we have seen how SWTOR has ended: an ugly F2P cash grab.

I was with you for first couple of points then you went.... I play x so make x better... hmm y kills me so nerf y. I have all 4 classes vr12 and DK is the one needing the most tweaks so some of your points are a bit ridiculous.
BTW totally agree on streak and any player who values balance will agree it needs changing.
