Deleted early access/imperial edition items.

I feel extremely stupid and I'm very very frustrated. I deleted the character I had all my items on after making a new one, foolishly. I paid for these items and am extremely frustrated. I'd just please like help getting them back.

Send in a ticket. I know that before they added the deletion confirmation to characters they were refunding in some cases. If it was done after that you may have screwed the pooch.

I've done the same ting...my bad...if i'm not wrong all the items are lost and you know is not a big problem but i want back my pet monkey! it was awesome plz @ZOS_PierreL is that anyting we can do.. i want only the monkey back.......

I have actually looked into it and the only thing I actually deleted was my scuttler vanity pet.
Even so, I'd really like it back.

Would have been nice if there was a /claim or /reclaim command for imperial edition, when it comes to the pets, and pets only, so that those who purchased it can use it to get the pets back if they accidently deleted them.

Having said that, it is actually written in big red letters when you delete a character to make sure that those items arent in your inventory, which will be a problem for the containers for the treasure maps, since you cant put those in the bank, and opening them all to safeguard the CE maps will take up a bit of bankspace.

TBH the problem is that they're one-time grants, not per-character as several other MMOs do with their special order items.
