Stage 4 vampire KoS. Towns and npc you already completed quests for become hostile.

After you have completed new content stage 4 triggers vampire houses to be the only place to sell goods and repair items. Far less materials available to buy as well, definitely something ZoS should look into in my opinion. You get the option to be stage 4 and be banned from towns but do not get a damage nerf / playstyle nerf and creats more immersion. just my thoughts.

Would love this. Would be fun for my vampire and would made them feel more like the monster they are.

Yeah I'm content with a bit of immersion breaking if it doesn't make the game a massive chore.

(What the heck is the "Pureblood" achievement?)

You get it for being the first rank 10 vampire in ESO. I am still jealous my friend beat me to it in around early access. Lol, she would give me *** about it also which pissed me off more, haha.I want a time machine so I can get it!!!

in Skyrim before dlc you could not go into towns without being KoS if max stage vampire. Same with Oblivion. Huge lore breaking being able to walk around in stage 4 in mortal towns. Maybe later on in the justice system they will add it.

*shrug* Why just towns you've "finished". KoS stage 4 at least, regardless.

I don't care what - there just needs to be some kind of npc reaction and consequences to stage 4 vampires.

I agree, but I think most would rage at that idea so I left it out. I would Fing love that though. I hate mortals and want them to hate us like ES lore should be.

As long as it isn't implemented in Cyrodiil I'm fine with it.

So theres an actual reason to not be a stage 4 vamp 24/7.

yep, and those of us rarely or never want to be in the company of mortals can live in Vampire Houses pretty much if needing repars and a safe Afk spot from NPCs. Of course mortal / werewolf raids on Vampire houses Castles would be a thing I assume. Depends on how many non main quest givers reside in them. If they added aristocratic and Noble like vampires in the houses for slaughter in the justice system that would be amazing.

I, like many others who play vampires, really hope that you are KoS to guards in towns and cities at Stage 4. At stage 3 I think townie NPCs should either try to get the hell away from you or get belligerent and tell you to get out of their town.

I don't remember this at all in skyrim. If DLC changed it, there was probably a good reason for it, and I don't see vampires becoming KoS to friendly NPC's in ESO ever.

Vampires in stage 4 should be attacked on sight by town/city guards.
    Period.

Yes, I only became a vampire recently and was anticipating the standard TES punishment for being an obvious vampire, but I can wander about talking to anyone happy as anything!

Just a bit silly really. There needs to be a mandatory penalty for allowing yourself to get to Stage 4. It's not like it's a massive deal to prevent Stage 4.

It's just silly as it currently plays.

what is the meaning of KOS?
btw if i remember well in the past eso games it was like in stage 1 =no problems
in stages 2-3= you look sick you shuld go search a healer and some random npc will not trade with you because you look sick
and in stage 4 it was like "die vampire" and the npc will attac you any time
and nobody want to trade with you except for the thiefs guild or db vendors
^this will be lore friendly but not in cyro because war is war and all the help is welcome...

    Killed on Sight.

It's quite disappointing as it is, because one of the things you want to experience by playing a vampire is the feeling of being a monster. That is, strike terror into normal humans and seeing their response of trying to kill you on sight due to their terror of your monstrousness.

As it is, it means sod all because they'll happily chat away to you like you are the boy next door. Not very frightening really and doesn't make you feel very powerful.

Also, not a single NPC acknowledges that you're a vampire at all. Many even call me 'mortal' or 'living' and I'm not that either. It wouldn't have been that difficult to add a flag 'player is vampire' and record a few extra lines to add that bit of immersion.

Right now, I am not treated like the evil, bloodthirsty monster I love to be!

KOS would be neat if all NPCs in town would be hostile and available to all vampires to kill. Vampires could unite and kill all NPCs in towns making them ghost towns :) Then no quest givers, no vendors, no bank etc for anyone until respawn :P

It's an area of the game that is ripe for deeper expansion in some form. Right now I just get some abilities but the feeling of being inhuman is non-existent.

    Stuff that.

If you want the NPC towns to be depopulated, it needs to be in a vampire only instance otherwise you would get teams of vampires making sure the banks and vendors were never accessable.

Otherwise the only option is for them to make it impossible. Actually allowing Vampires (or Werewolves) to depopulate towns would mean a mass exodus from the game.

we can make it simple like in other es games....ok you can kill 50% of npc's but the other50% will be immortal ...they just lay down 20 sec if you bring them down but then they continue the attak.
and questgivers and vendors just dont care....

    I wouldnt work

In modern gaming, low attention span segment (often reffered to as "kiddies") wouldnt be able to coop with any severe restrictions. They want all the coolness but no problems. Skyrim delivered them and ESO continue in same fashion

Vampirisim isnt a meaningful decision, its a cool skill line to get

lol in the AD they have a mission with vampire hunter that teams up with you to kill vamps near a town and I was already a level 10 vamp stage 3 when I got the mission and he talks a lot of **** about vamps, but never took notice of me which was sad.

    Imagine the crying!

Stage 4 tears would force ZoS to immediately revert the change!

Dear TES fans, you have to understand and acknowledge this: a large enough part of ESO is played by MMO "specimens" coming from other MMOs, whole attitude (as daily seen on this forum) is NEVER to follow the lore or whatever but ALWAYS to cry nerf, cry help, cry, CRY, CRY about everything like the WoW sissies they are and ZoS SHALL cater to them.
ZoS already nerfed the hell of VR content because of them and shall obey the wallet gods again.

Agreed. Not sure if it is the right move tho. The wowkids are not as loyal as ES crowd is and shift around alot. Yet its hard to determine how large the segment is. Skyrim can easily challenge WoW, but there are many console players as well

Oddly enough, there are ES fans on consoles too. My friend is one of them. We used to play ES:Arena together on his 386 and now he plays Skyrim on Xbox

Its actually because of wowkids that we dont have justice system yet. It was supposed to come right after launch, but wowkids raged on forums that they want raiding so we got all the Craglorn "awesomeness" instead

Lame if true on Craglorn launch. The justice system is what makes ES into a ES game in my opinion. Lots of players will come back for it and the other guilds, spellcrafting. I dislike Cyrodill and can't wait for player bounties. Might even only do night attacks on cities. I really want to know what dark brotherhood skilltree is going to be, because stage 4 vampire with Ambush from nightblade tree could make some even more potent assassination builds. I plan on going Ps4 at launch though, which looks like 2015 sometime. Less players overall so it should feel more ES like.Plus playing on a 80 inch Tv in a Super dark room is amazing .
