Game crashing and unable to log back in.

For a few days now i get kicked out of the game and are unable to log back in, unless i reboot my pc or wait for a couple of minutes.
It says Unable to retrieve announcements under news and i get an error message when trying to log in.

✭Hey there, @Iradicus. It sounds like there may be something blocking your connection. There are a few things we'd like you to try. First, please add eso.exe, the launcher, and account.elderscrollsonline.com as exceptions to your firewall and anti-virus programs.
If you're still having trouble connecting, please open the following outbound ports:- TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
- TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
- TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331

Iradicus✭✭Im still crashing out randomly, sometimes twice in an evening. When trying to log back in i get error 200 or
Im currently at the 2nd crash of the evening...
It also says it cannot retrive announcements.
This has started happening about a week ago and is the only online that has this problem.
