This wait time for a rep to call you back, or for someone to answer the phone is absolutely ridiculous. I started this mess 4 hours ago, and to date nothing has happened. as a paying customer who can't access the game I am aggravated greatly by the lack of customer support Im getting on any avenue. It would seem that a company who had such a high reputation should have a better support system for their paying customers.
