Hello! I wrote to support but no answer. My account is dissapeared! I can not even ask for a password change. When i reset the password on my email says that such contact data in the database is not! How can that be?! Where did my account ??? I play from the very foundation of the game, the last time the game disburse 09/09/2014, yesterday went to the game and everything was in order. Perhaps help and answer my letters! Or return my money. My ID and other information I stated in letters to the help desk, but there was no answer. When I try to register a new account, says that my email address is already taken.When I try to request a password recovery, I wrote that this email address does not exist. How is that possible?
