I've seen people clump and spam to build ults and not crash the server far more often than I've seen it crash the server.
The removal of a certain blue group might aid in server ability, just to give you a starting point.ZOS_TristanK wrote: »We have been looking into rollbacks on the PvP servers, as well as ways to minimize their impact. We know that rollbacks are very frustrating, and are always working to prevent them. While we continue our on-going effort to improve performance, we are currently testing a fix that will have keep and scroll history rollback appropriately if there is a server rollback. As soon as this fix is successful, we'll push it live.
Just report anyone naming and shaming EG. mods will do the rest.
the whiners would rather accuse one guild who miraculously manages to crash an entire server. these same people think that the moon landing never happened. lol just lol.
lol right, thanks for letting us know you're alive guysAgrippa_Invisus wrote: »Generic boilerplate is generic.

If u get this closed down im pretty sure another thread will be opened only this time it will be about you and how you try and ruin anything the population does to make progress. One of you comments was already edited we have asked you nicely already come on dude don't be a d!(k

I suggested an explanation - groups building ultimates. I don't understand why you are so angry. I am just advising people that the forums aren't a productive place in which to sling baseless accusations. I am doing my part to keep this thread on track. I'd like to see it fixed as well. It's very frustrating to get booted from game and have to get back into queue.
On a related topic, I experience slight lag hitches when sorcs port nearby. I wonder if mass use of graphically intensive spells could be a driver behind this.

Thanks for letting us know about the rollback. Do you happen to remember at about what time this rollback happened, @Nermy?Had a crash and rollback on EU Thornblade last night just as we (EP) had taken Alessia after a really long battle... I mean the flag had just turned red and the server crashed, roll back and the keep was back in the hands of the bananas.
Still, we got a 10k AP for the flip just before the crash but there were at least 50+ tomatoes and perhaps 20+ bananas around the flag when it crashed.
Not saying it was intentional or anything but did seem, shall we say, timely.

Lag bombing. Made possible by crafty players vs crappy servers.
Did it again one they got on the flags. Wasn't enough to crash the server tho.
I'd say server pop caps need to be cut in half, or more. That will help fill the other servers as well.
But would lowering caps keep the fun and tension? Would Cyro become a vaste wasteland?
The server lag and crashes are a pain but it does seem that ZoS are listening to the player base and looking into the issues. Let's just keep posting any information we have to help them do their job and hopefully we will have a fix sooner rather than later...
