Nerfing the veteran zones and changing it to a champion system is proof they're listening.

Also, ZOS has the final say as to what gets changed or added to the game, not us. We can talk about things that we like or dislike or we feel might be good to add, but at the end of the day, it is ZOS that decides, not us. Maybe they take our points into consideration, maybe they don't. Who can say really?

@OrangeTheCat
I agree with you and that is true, but this saying is also true: "The squeaky wheel gets the oil" What happens if the "squeaky wheel" should not be "oiled" in your POV?

There are some border line ones, which the forum discusses (like flying mounts or faction changes)
And then there are just stupid ideas. Mostly ones involving skill line ideas, buffs, nerfs etc.
Not all are stupid, but there is alot.
I think what gets me hooked on the forums isn't so much the discussions or need to 'defend', it's the little awards you receive for posting X amount, or getting X amount agrees etc.
I know it's not much, but having little rewards and trying to achieve them, no matter how useless they are, is like skooma to me. Must complete
Since having children, I have found ways less offensive ways of saying many things. For instance, instead of saying "stupid", use the word "silly". Some people just lack tact as well. For instance, two sentences saying similar things, but one is way nicer than the other...
"That's a really stupid idea" vs "I don't agree. It would be silly if..."
Anyway, rest assured, the Devs realize what is a good idea and what most likely isn't. They don't need to say anything, they just won't consider it.

But if the best you can come up with is, "Well I don't like your character class because I think it's already OP so I don't want the devs to ever do anything that the people who actually PLAY that class want, no matter how small or insignificant, just because!" then you're on pretty shaky ground. You don't seem like the kind of person who would stoop to that sort of "argumentation" but that "style" is already pretty rampant on these forums. So try to avoid it.
I think you're confusing listening with doing, not every suggestion players make is sensible.jelliedsoup wrote: »@Khami I think they're listening to some, but not sure on how they qualify/quanitify when a change has been requested.
