My account is suspended from the site?

Hello, last two days i installed Elder Scrolls Online on my computer, and while i was installing the game i created an account with the registration code and i add in my master card number too to buy the game plan, everything was doing fine and i activated my account, and after i installed the game i try to log into my account from webpage it said error 500 and i tried on my phone the message shows me that my account is suspended from the site, i wait for my game to be updated and when i try to log in it still show me that my account information is incorrect. what should i do with my account i can't create another one because i can't use the same registration code. I bought this game with my savings and now i just wasted 2 days and still i can't log in to my account. I haven't even played the game yet why am i suspended from the site?

    They can't help you on the forums. :( You need to contact customer support. I would suggest calling them with this type of issue.

    i send them two tickets already they told me to post it on the forum and even game me a invitation ticket to post online instead of helping me when my account is suspended!!!!!

    Doesn't make any sense CS would tell you to post on the forums...one of the mods will probably come along soon and close the thread and tell you they opened a ticket for you, because account stuff isn't meant to be discussed here (we can't help you, and that stuff is personal).

    Don't open multiple tickets. That only causes confusion and delays help. You stated there is an error 500 code. The forums state this for that code:
    500 - Internal Server Error
    The "500 Internal Service Error" normally occurs when either the web site or the internet provider's server has a non-specific issue.

    Please try the following methods to correct the 500 error.

    -Reload the web page either by clicking refresh/reload button, pressing F5, or trying the URL again from the address bar.

    -Use a different browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.

    -Temporarily turn off your anti-virus, ad/pop-up blockers, and firewalls. Make sure to turn them back on after the process.

    -Clear web browser’s cache, cookies, history, temporary files, form data, and active filters. Once complete restart your browser and try again.

    - Attn: Time Warner Cable customers:
    There have been reports of connectivity issues from customers who have Time Warner as their internet service provider. Here are two potential fixes you can try by using a smartphone:

    To create your account: Use your smartphone and turn off your WiFi on your phone. Using your phone to create your account.

    To download the game client: Use your smartphone once again and click on the client download link and email that link to yourself. Then click on that link from an email client on your PC.

    Just call them and let them try to fix this while you are on the phone. No one, not even the mods are going to help you on the forums due to personal information that will be needed to fix the issue. A phone call will save you lots of time and frustration. :)

    Tough luck man. I feel for ya. I've experienced similar issue, not this bad tho. Maybe you could ask them to discount your sub fee for the next billing month or give you free time for the days missed. That really sucks. Weird that they told you to post on forum tho. Never heard of them doin that b4. Hope someone answers you soon. Sorry, wish I had a good answer for you.

    I agree with not opening multiple tickets, they hate that. Just request progress updates on your previous ticket, quoting ticket #. For sure multiple tickets cause confusion and can actually delay your issue being resolved.
