Level 44 Mage, Nord

I just went back in and loaded up with health potions. Tried another couple of goes with a bit more success with the load out below. I went in with set 2 and used the Ulitimate Negate and went with all the heavy hits I could muster with a bit more success. The Ultimate wore off too quickly and then it was "spam" health potions and pick off the skeletons etc. No real improvements. I do fine with the Thundering presence active (obviously) but then run out of magic.

I also setup my first set of weapons with Crystal Fragments iv, Frost Reach III, Thundering Presence IV, Twilight III and Clannfear IV, Using frost staff (Spell breaker Staff Level 43 (93 + 32 Frost) U= Overload IV
+ Set 2, is the Prismatic Flamestaff Level 43 93 / 64 Magic with Crystal Fragments iv, Endless Fury IV, Thundering Presence IV, Conjured Ward I, and Clannfear IV U= Negate Magic IV

if you set it up like this

single target bar
crushing shock, crystal fragments, power surge, spell symmetri and inner light
ulitmate Negate Magic

aoe target bar
element ring, wall of elements, curse, spell syme and inner light
ultimate Negate Magic

Pre fight:
Once you get in there, make sure your ultimate is ready
(use restro staff and healing springs, before fight to charge ultimate, just keep spamming it outside the room)

Fight: (hold block down)
While you are alone with manimarco, keep power surge up, spam crushing shock, until crystal fragment procs and use that when its instant

when he uses light beam, hurry into him and interrupt him (right + left click)

when adds comes, use negate magic, get over to them fast and spam element ring and wall of elements.

Rinse and Repeat

spell symetri is to get more mana, if you mana pot is on cd

though I wont recommend it

you cant get to the new zones (veteran zones) before beating molag bal, if u have done alll of cold harbours quests, then there is doing all the dolmens for xp, doing all the solo dungeons to get xp/loot and skyshard, doing all the world bosses to get soulgem/xp/loot and fun. Doing all the group dungeons to get the skillpoint, many of them wont give xp anymore due to your level

spell symmetry = morph from equilibrium (Mage guild skill)
Inner light = morph from magic light (Mage guild skill)
elemental ring = morph from impulse (Destruction staff line)

Alien abductions and Area 51 comes to my mind

u will need to aim to get all passives in every of the 3 mages skill lines

and these
mages guild
light armor
fighter guilds (dont need the last one, its pve quests in cyrodil)
