King's Rest Group Boss Question

I am going through the Alik'r Desert (at VR9) and started the quests in the Motalion Necropolis. My question is; If I finish the quest line in the Necropolis and have not killed the Group Boss at King's Rest can I still get back in later?
The reason I ask is because you pick up quest at the entrance to the Necropolis and I believe that it grants you access to the area (there is a door to the Necropolis that you can open after getting the quest). However, I have been to similar locations in ESO where I thought I would return after completing a quest only to find I could not get back in. That being the case, I don't want to finish this quest line before killing the Group Boss unless I know I can return later.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

✭You can get back for the WB after finishing the quest. Once you have finished the quest a lot of the creatures in between disappear as well so it is easier to get to the location.PUG Life - the true test of your skill
18 characters, 17 max level, at least 1 Stam and 1 Mag of every class, 1 of every race and 1200+ CP
Tanked to Undaunted 9+ Mag and Stam of every class using Group Finder for 90+% of the Vet Dungeon runs0 -

Now I just have to hope that if I go in later with a group that hasn't completed the quest I don't disappear to them and can help them get to the Boss. Guess I'll keep my fingers crossed ; )0 -

✭Even people that have killed the WB before will still be able to go back with you. You don't need to worry about phasing with World Bosses
