Cadwell's silver BUGed?

I just finished "experiance the Daggerfall covenant" I finished all quests but didn't receive any direction or quest to preceed for the Aldemeri dominion quest line!
If i remember well from my previous char i got the Cadwells "invitation" right after the the King Emeric's savior achiv...am i wrong?
BTW got all Daggerfall achievemens except "Dreamslayer" which is buged and Arlimahera's sanctum(boss) which is buged too ... i mean there is nothing left to do on the map
