Chillrend crash and rollback not a coincidence - Beyond time to do something, Zeni

Oh man if only you could get them to leave. We talked about it in zone chat with them. There were plenty of eg telling us if you run us off there will be no pvp here anymore. I've seen it happen they said eg leaves the campaigns and all the pvp is gone. I say quite the opposite eg comes and everyone leaves. Funniest part I said you know the yellow will follow you here and push your poop in here too. They said too many bad dc players there. I said not anymore eg left the server fixed that problem right up. Only thing eg brought to chillrend was massive lag and dc queues. Not what I wanted I'm sure neither did any of the other dc. As far as accusing them of this without hard proof all you're doing is getting close to the naming and shaming policy violation that gets posts deleted.

Nope I do not like all the bads that have migrated to our server which was fine prior to the people of another server not being able to win their campaign coming here. If you say they are responsible for world hunger that is your claim not mine. I do however stand behind the statements I made about us not having lag or suspicious behavior accusations prior to EG migrating.

I crashed about 7 times last night before I quit, and I play on DC.
I am asking not because I am trolling but because I am curious if my crashes are the same as yours. I crash to the log in screen and I get a message like "Unknown error has occurred, please try again later."
Usually this happens after everyone around me is holding still in game but I am free to move (cant mount or cast). Similar to lag spikes/crashes I had in WoW when an xpac was released on a full server. Everyone was packed in a small concentrated area.

I see the OP's point, but Zenimax needs to do something about the server stability. If we have all 3 factions at a Keep in 100v100v100 warfare, the server should be build to handle that many people who will be casting spells and heals. In the meantime, I am going to nerf all my graphics and see if that helps performance.

The crashes you were experiencing are unique to just you. The crash we are talking about sent every single player in Cyrodiil to their character screen and reset a scroll.

This, usually, happens to me when my network drops. The client is still running, but not getting any updates from the server, then I will eventually get kicked out. Or, if I'm getting massive packet loss to the server, it shows similar behavior but it will update slowly, with massive jumps. Meaning, other players are stalled, then jump across the screen, etc...

With the other drops everything is going as normal, but I'm just dumped directly to the Character select screen. Usually, I can get right back in, but sometimes I'll need to exit out and re-log, or rarely need to restart the client.

Edit:
Then, you have what @jaebdub‌ mentioned... the server rollbacks, where everyone is kicked from the server, and when you get logged back in it's at an earlier state, scrolls are (could be) reset, etc...

Team Orange? This must've been after the Purple Alliance ended huh? Which was OWNING the map up until about 12ish days to the end of the campaign.

Guess that's what happens whenever 1 faction heavily outweighs the others.

I'm guessing Team Orange also came about after the majority of the Reds bailed to Chillrend before the end of the last Thornblade.

It's going to happen, the teams not in the lead will ALWAYS appear to be in cahoots against the team in the lead.

Yet we're the one's with the tinfoil hats.

If you PvP, you own a tinfoil hat. Plain and simple. Every single person that partakes in Cyrodiil, owns a tinfoil hat and has those thoughts, "How the hell did that just happen?! HAX, CHEATS, COLLUSION!!!!1!"

The proof is the consistency of this happening because of one guild being in a campaign. It never happens otherwise.
