It is working as intended. White, zero gold loot, such as armor and weapons, are set to your level no matter what zone you are in.
Provisioning items are also set to your level now. If you want the basic starter provisioning items, you will have to either purchase them from someone, or collect them on a low level alt.
This isn't entirely true, in VR6 stone falls, I'm still pulling things like Meal, Thin Broth and Drippings along side Mudcrab meat, Mountain Berries... etc.Provisioning items are also set to your level now. I wouldn't call it "a tiny litll bit over the top" so much as I'd call it "a flat-out lie", but yeah.bertenburnyb16_ESO wrote: »calling it "game breaking" is just a tiny litll bit over the top.... just a ietsiepietsie litll bit.... dontcha think?

So in that sense my provisioner is exactly opposite your problem. She is V7 atm but finished long ago, so when I'm searching for ingredients I want the things I use now and not a bunch of low level junk that I will just end up dumping because I don't need it.
Makes it slightly more difficult for procastinators and/or people that change their skills later on, but easier anyone that is done leveling crafting and is Vet rank.

Basically, loot everything or pluck off from the game. If we are going to follow that logic then you'll have no room for things that are valuable that you can either a. vendor or b. deconstruct.
This is a backwards system, hopefully they have the revamped Provisioning system ready sooner than later.

...where do you even read that into what I said? lol. But I do whole heartedly agree with scaled to toon lvl crafting drops. If by "fixing" it you mean go back to only getting the top tier ingredients in ColdHarbour, no ty.
I don't see how having your drops match your toon level is backwards.

Wait a moment, you cant level professions when you are higher with your level ?
My plan was to actually level provision when I i need it and not when i must.....Is this a Joke ?
What about I want to learn alchemy with VR10 or imagine someone did no crafting at all when leveling up, but want to do it later. Cant you pick flowers aswell ?
This is GAME BRAKING....fix please. Iam sorry but this game reveals a lot of flaws in the last time...
