All of the guild has confirmed that it is not just me. No actions can be done (E, summon pets, abilities) the only thing that is working is talking in chat.

✭✭No problems on EU that I've encountered. Taking a tea break but up to five minutes ago, all was fine.

I am on US server. Was in Reapers March others were in other cities. I couldn't log out or do anything but chat in guild chat. I just closed the game and went to do something else. I don't know if it is still that way or not.0

✭Happened to me a couple times today. I was just doing busy work in city. Couldn't interact or log out. Restarting/logging fixed it each time.
