Do they even read them, or note the results? Are we just doing noting but placating ourselves here?

    If I worked for Zenimax, the polls on this forum would definitely be a source of daily humor for me.

    exactly haha, these polls are just a small small number of the actually people that play the game. definitely not a way of making decisions for the game.

    I find most polls tend to favor Zenimax' decisions, or are divided almost evenly, so EVEN if they've been paying attention, there aren't any polls I've seen that decisively showed the playerbase wants a change.

    Other than swearing or calling out other players, ZOS does not seem to care much at all about what is posted in these forums. They certainly seem to have no interest in unsolicited player opinions or feedback.

    I didn't vote since it's pointless and you can't even see what the votes are.

    Yep, can't stand the hidden/private polls. I like to see what people have put and I'm happy to be open about my replies/thoughts

    Polls are self selected participation and the options are always worded like: Which do you prefer, cake or death? They are of limited value for feedback, if they have any at all. But it is amusing whenever the forums decide to pick the "death" option.

    ZOS is only interested in data. For every poll you throw up, ZOS has over one million definitive data points supporting or rebutting the poll's thesis. They know. We think we know.

    This is probably the second dumbest poll I've seen. I don't care whether ZOS cares about my poll votes, my toothpaste, my hygiene, my preference of snack foods; in fact I don't have an emotional relationship with ZOS at all and I don't expect them to have one with me. When I'm tired of the game I'll quit paying for it. That's my relationship with ZOS.
