Fix the in-game mail already...

It's getting really annoying, that in order to obtain items, purchased at a guild store, that you have to log out and back in. How hard can it be, to deliver items instantly?

An alternative solution: drop the delivery by mail, and let the guild stores act like a normal vendor, when delivering items...

I don't have to log out and back in.
They don't ping in my mail straight away without intervention, but when I open my mail by hitting # when I have finished trading, the mails appear.
Also if I go through a loading screen before I have done that (using a wayshrine or traveling between zones or into a dungeon - anything that gives a loading screen), they appear anyway and I get the "mail received" icon showing up, even if I hadn't opened my mail to get them anyway.

I don't have to log out and in to get item purchased mails.

Yeah it would be very nice to not have to log to get my mail everytime I bought something.

I'm pretty sure if you just switch zones, the mail shows up.

I always seem to get my store mail after a zone loading screen ...

Switching zones takes more time than reloging. This is one of the most annoying bugs

Ignore my earlier post, which I honestly thought was being helpful - the exact issue the OP describes happened to me for the first time within an hour of my post on this thread (oh the irony), and opening my mail window did not deliver the message, I did indeed have to relog to get my purchase.

Also, while we're on the topic, put a reply button on received mails so that if someone sends me a mail I can reply to it just like any other mail service ever, rather than having to type their name into the recipient box with the mail they sent me not visible on my screen whilst I am writing a reply to it. It's quite frankly ridiculous.
