I am trying to obtain the Support Ultimate, "Barrier". I need to raise the Alliance Support skill line level to 6 to get this. It appears that the only way I can do this is by getting Alliance points, is that correct? Having skills slotted doesn't appear to help at all, it's purely alliance points as far as I can tell.

Is that right?
