Glyphs not showing up for enchanting armor/weapons [BUG]

Recently, when I try to enchant an item the glyphs will not show up in the enchant menu.
In the above image you can see there are no enchants in the menu.
In the image below you can see I have a correct enchantment.
This is a very irritating problem. I've tried to relog and it still happens. Also, the two daggers I have equipped are identical and I can enchant the right dagger but not the left dagger. If anyone knows a solution for this please let me know. The only way I know to fix this is by creating a new dagger.
