Weaponeffects working on PTS?

Is the desease effect(reduced healing) working for weapons on the pts?
A bit sad that corefunctions that make a build attractive are not working atm(arcane fighter).

They aren't working on Live either. They work on staves but not other weapons for about 3 weeks.

I tested it again, they aren't working for staves either, the only reason Destro staff procs is the Elemental power passive..otherwise it won't do status effects either.

I could have swore someone inflicted me with the diseased debuff through melee attacks on live. I think it was with a 1h/shield setup, else I got shot with a diseased bow and didn't notice.

I get a msg on my CLS addon that I do dmg with "Befouled Weapon" all the time. (restostaff)

Befouled Weapon Proc is not the same thing as a Status Effect.
