How bad can it get: Heavy Armor wearing DPS Templar Werewolf?

It's no secret that some classes, builds and abilities are lagging far behind right now. We've been waiting several months now for fixes for Heavy Armor, Templar (sustained DPS/magicka management-- their healing and survivability are quite good) and Werewolf. All of these are fixes that ZOS has said they were going to provide, but so far not delivered.

So how bad can it get? I am wondering what the worst possible build in the game is, and thinking it might be a heavy armor DPS-Templar Werewolf. Anyone have any builds like that? Is this the worst possible build in the game?
Templars are 'just slower... by design'
Yes, Gina actually said that (at least regarding Rushed Ceremony) right here:

I bet you there's someone with that exact build that wrecks face because they actually know how to play to it's strengths and other's weaknesses.

A terrible build would be 6 healing spells when you're trying to DPS. I have yet to use a mix of skills, armor, and weapons that gimped me so bad that I was useless.

These threads are getting so old.

I'm a pacifist, anti-magic templar that loves using the global auction house and player housing. I'm pretty screwed.

Make it a stamina build, then it will be the worst build ever.

I use exactly this build, an imperial werewolf templar with heavy armor + sword and shield, one bar for dps and the other for heals/buffs with the exactly same weapons and shields on both and im doing fine thanks, i have no trouble both in pve and pvp, so if this is the worst build in the game i think Zenimax have done a very nice job with balance :), its not perfect but nothing is, they will fix and balance what need to be fixed and balanced in due time

Heavy armor Templar werewolf would be fine as long as you never use the WW ultimate.

Unarmed, heavy armor stamina-build raid-elitest argonian dragonknight who refuses to use dragonblood, lacks a headset, tries to combat roll between forts and is too l33t to use the keyboard to activate abilities. He fails at even the new VR system after changes, constantly posts about a lack of auction house ruining the game, and in every RP conversation he calls himself the 'dragonborn'.

Is it sad that I might actually know two or three players like this?
Ruze Aulus. Mayor of Dhalmora. Archer, hunter, assassin. Nightblade.
Gral. Mountain Terror. Barbarian, marauder, murderer. Nightblade.
Na'Djin. Knight-Blade. Knight, vanguard, defender. Nightblade.

    XBOX NA
Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.

He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.

Do that with Argonian vamp without any vamp passives and you are set.

When comes to Templars, I always say Learn 2 Play. Yes we have resource management issue, but is exaggerated greatly from people who do not want to learn.

My main is a Khajiit Templar (EU). Using 5 part Heavy armour, 2 Part Light armour, sword and shield and is magicka based build.

I do not have major issues post 1.3.3, since they fix the Soulshine set (jewels and 2 heavy) which works with he Aedric Spear abilities also now. So I can focus my jewels to flat cost reduction and get regen from the other sets I can wear. (total two full 5 sets and a two part set)

Are our costs high. Yes, because ZoS raised the costs of the Templar abilities in Feb due to a passive we had, but they removed the passive for release and left the costs unchanged, didn't rolled them back. However is not that difficult to play.

My Altmer Templar (NA), has gone around the inherited Khajiit issues, providing more regen, more magicka and more damage, on exactly same build & gear.

So my advice. Try Altmer Templar. :)

*ZOS We need VR12/14 Soulshine pleaseeeeeee

My Temp is DW (heavy stamina/dawnbreaker), Heavy Armor and WW. I don't use the WW other than its novelty as I have no desire of becoming whatever cookie cutter fugly vamps that are running around. Probably hurts my potential, but I enjoy my setup.

No offense but soon as I see DPS and heavy armour in the same sentence I am more than doubtfull cause in vet dungeon each time i have pug with such kind of dps the only reason we manage to finish was that i as à tank swith to LA tanking and throw some 600-700 DPS on big add pop phase.... So maybe there something i miss and so i d like to understand. What is doing fine ? Can you throw some number What enchant do you have? Which stat are at softcap? Oh and forget to ask which lvl are you even if it does not mean anything now since you can do VR zone while naked... Really no offense just curious to understand which synergy with HA could help do deal damage ....

My crafting alt doesn't even have skills on her bar. Whenever I go to a set crafting station, I find myself beating skeletons to death with my bare hands, because I also sold her clothes and weapons.

That being said, she's a demon with the sewing needle and frying pan.

Yeah, we got bored in vet Wayrest Sewers yesterday and did just that. Punching zombies is fun!=D
(and no, we didn't kill many of them obviously and put armor back on fast enough, but it looked hilarious while it lasted. That flashy sound when punching zombies, too)
