Can you paralyze your subscription?

I have 46 days pending, but I wont be able to play. Can ZOS just stop my sub so I can "save" those days?

Great, another fantastic choice by ZOS. As usual, great job with the customers.

Love how you are blaming ZoS for this. I'm not aware of any company of any MMO in the history of the genre that has allowed this.

OK, good to know then. Enjoy my money for nothing, your enjoyment will last for those 46 days. These little things are not that stupid as you may think. Maybe in some months you'll come back to topics like this one to see where your company was wrong. And yes, some mmos let you do this and I have done it before, anyway I'm not gonna talk here about it because have nothing to do with this. Just wanted to know what is this company all about and what they are doing with TES universe.

And no, it is not for the money. That's misery. It is because of the attitude.
Don't worry people, I'm the wrong one here just like all the users blaming on EA forums some years ago were wrong too.

Contact CS. Don't assume that it can be handled differently on a case by case basis. And honestly it looks like you're, at worst, out only one 30 day cycle.

I haven't actually played in 4 days now.

During my 10 years of several MMO's experience never seen any company allowing for such but I'm not surprised seing another topic from him just to bash Zos for all world's plagues so hopefully he will finally leave and save himself this torment of dealing with this game and this company and us of another moaning topics of his.

We are not talking about 4 days, we are talking about more than a month.
And ok, you can continue thinking no mmo company allow this...can't help with that.
Martinus, I'm not surprised to see another topic like yours either, fanboys are always needed.

Actually yes, you can. Instead if insinuating that he is wrong, why don't you just directly tell him what MMO company does allow this.

Because Im not gonna post here private messages or tickets with devs from other companies allowing me to do this. Mainly because it is not serious to do that. It has happened to me 2 times in 7 years if you want to know.

So, we still paying a beta product, there have been topics here even asking for a refund of lost days because of the server problems and now that im gonna lose more than a month seems like a devil itself topic...And remember, it is not because of the money. It is a misery. It is the attitude what makes me feel bad.

The game is being bashed from every corner on the whole internet and if you treat like this to reliable customers that are and have been helping bringing people to play the game, etc, etc...its ok.

But it is not the way a company should work. Nor Im who to say how they should work. I'm just expressing my opinion. Believe it or not, you will remember topics like this or others that you consider whining in the near future.

Forum posting rule no.1: do not make claims if you are unable or unwilling to support them with proofs, because people won't believe you.

The reason *I* don't believe you in this particular case: If you already had the experience (twice) that some MMO allowed you to stop subscription, you would not have created this thread in the firstplace, you would have directly contacted ZOS expecting that they will help you, instead of asking on a public forum whether this is possible.

...Laughable....I tried to contact via ticket, but the whole day when you pressed in support an error appeared and the same today: http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en/error

I asked in technical problems forum waiting for a response because what more can I do if their support is broken? The same happened to another german user here as you can see in this topic.

Its ok if you don't believe me anyway.

In fact, you lowered yourself. Fanboy is not calling names, fanboy is your attitude. Mine is being a whiner, isn't it? Thats why you posted that coward post up there, talking in third person and not directly to me.

And please, just to make this sanctuary of yours better, could you contact ZOS, so they can repair the support tab? I know you will never need it, because you are one of those person that see the game as the most perfect mmo ever and there is no need for support, but maybe you could help regarding that issue.

You are stating that ZOS is not allowing you to stop your subscription as you wish and its less of a company due to it. Others are stating that its not fair of you to state that ZOS is less of a company because of your perceived lack of this feature.

The fact is that it IS pretty rare for this in my experience. Ive seen this asked on many boards int eh past. To be honest I've never heard of it granted but I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt by calling it rare. And since it IS rare, holding a company responsible for the lack of this feature or this customer service isnt really fair. I agree that it WOULD be nice for those that genuinely need it in certain cases, like being deployed or a death in the family or something, but stating its a requirement and if you dont have it you suck, is just unfair.

The fact that you just keep calling names (I'm a fanboy and coward already apparently) and your demanding attitude with instant aggression if someone is not buying you toy you'd like (i won't even comment on ridiculousness of this topic's demand) are just show that you need to grow up and get a life so that will be it from me as any dispute is truly below the par.
