Can't login to account on website

I am trying to access my account on the website, but it will not allow me to login... I am able to login to the forum (obviously) and the game itself, but the website is not open to me.

Hello, @Baeon. Have you tried accessing our account site using a different browser, or perhaps your phone (if you have browsing capabilities on it)?

yes, I usually run firefox, just tried on IE... dont have any others installed

I'm getting the same thing. i also can not log into the game. I am using IE and Chrome. I also have Time Warner Cable.

I have Time Warner also and I'm having the same issue. Whenever I attempt to login, my login information just erases and refreshes the page. I've even attempted it via VPN, got past the login, but couldn't do anything in terms of changing account information.

I don't believe this to be an isolated (which would warrant the user to call Time Warner, which I have, still no luck) issue regarding Time Warner and should be dealt with by the ESO Support team one way or another.

I am able to play so I guess it's not a big deal. But I do find it annoying that I have to do this at work...

Just to give another test sample. I logged successfully on my phone using my data plan. But when I connected to my wireless connection, I was getting the same issue on my phone.
