crafting window updating gear to vr 14

  1. went to clothing station
  2. clicked all the way over to void bloom
  3. clicked + button to increase VR rank of item
  4. item popup did not change stats/vr rank

closing the crafting window and re-engaging the clothing station did then display new vr rank of item. clicking +/- again did not update item

    Confirming this crafting window display bug. From both woodworking and clothier table: the item displays and stays on "level 1" , putting more mats in or in the vr14 case, removing them will update the window and it displays correctly. Same bug we saw after patch 2 on Live.
