Can we please have a more detailed character creation menu?

Not as far as options go; that would be a different story but something along the lines of numbers to the right of each bar to help us remember our settings or even perhaps a code at the bottom once we are done that we can copy and paste into to easily create a replica of a character we really liked the appearance of; I've made characters that look really good but forgot how i made them. This would also really help with character deletions since there's now a limit and sometimes I feel characters look good in the creation screen but not so good in the game.

anyway thanks for reading.

This bolded portion, I like this idea a lot. Reminds me of what the Mass Effect games did. The numbers next to the adjustment bars I don't think are really needed, but at the same time I agree it would help quicken/streamline the process of character creation.

Id also like to see a better system for choosing character voices; either a menu of some kind allowing you to hear an example of an actual action such as a laugh or light attack swing; or at least have the voice samples rotate in a much better manner. I've had to recreate many characters because i didn't like their heavy or light attack voice and I couldn't hear a good enough example of these sounds in the character creation menu.

Character creation should only be through natural means. I don't like the idea of showing the private parts.

WildStar has this. This feature would be about the maximum number of things I could bear to see copied or "borrowed" from that game over to ESO. ;)

If possible it would be nice to be able to change the lighting!

While the ambient light is nice, more often than not the character ends up looking vastly different then they did while being created.

Another fair point, I had mods in Skyrim that did exactly this, because as you say lighting can make a big difference!
