So, how are they going to do this (Kothringi)?

At about 1 hour. 11 minutes, and 34 seconds, they begin talking about the Kothringi, and as he said they generally are against clothing, and that is further shown in the ES Lore wiki, http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Kothringi, where it says they "generally preffered to go nake".

So, this brings me to question, will we see Nudity added on to the ESRB rating list, or are they just going to slap some undergarments on them and call that being naked? How do you think they are going to handle this?

According to the wiki, they are "indigenous to Black Marsh", so I am guessing Murkmire is going to be their native home? So, with that being said, we would be going into their lands, where they (as was said in the panel and on the wiki) prefer to be without clothing, so it would make sense lore wise if they had absolutely no clothing on, but would ZOS be willing to add that to their ESRB rating list is the big question I can see here.

There are already Kothringi in the game in Shadowfen.

    They wear clothes.

They also are "naked" at one point, but not in the way you're thinking.

Also, they're the "last Kothringi" since basically all of them have been wiped out by the Knahaten Flu by this time. There may be some other scattered groups, but I doubt it.

So, what is them being naked? I didn't play shadowfen, and I am not at all a lore expert, but from what I have read/am reading it seems to point to the kind of naked with the no clothing variety.

I thought that meant for the armor, since they said the armor is ceremonial. I wouldn't imagine that everyone of these people wears ceremonial armor everywhere they go.

Even in the few stories that mention Kothringis, they're not all naked all the time. And the ones in ESO, well... check the spoiler.

At worst we'll see some silver folk in silver underpants. The time of Daggerfall is long gone.

Quests in EP hint they were badly hit by khatan flu, plus Lamia becoming a race in Murkmire would seem to suggest that they took over what settlements there were.

They could do naked just without the "bits"
As for breasts if they have, well I don't know how "sensitive" America is to them, I am aware many creatures (fire atronarchs, even lamia's) have them, but its another kettle of fish when you are going down Humanoid route and sensitivities.

Saying that there are people/tribes in our world who do wander around naked or very close to it- I've seen it.

Because I am sure most who play do have the mentality of children when it comes to this sort of thing (ie cultures) and have never actually seen it in the world or even on the discovery channel, ZOS will pander to the American/Conservative market and culture so they will probably be clothed and some BS lore will be made up to make it fit.

There is another Kothringi in the Game, but he's mad(he thinks he's a king), is guarding an artifact, and may have caused the Knahaten Flu. I also doubt that there are any surviving Kothringi settlements, the Knahaten Flu seems to have happened generations ago (I may be reading more into that than there is). I sadly think they are all gone, apart from those few already in the game. :(

Actually, the last case of the Knahaten Flu apparently was in 2E 603 (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Knahaten_Flu) which is about 15-20 years after the events of ESO, so in fact it'd still be going on.

You got the questline wrong. The madness is due to the Aldmeri messing with his mind. He's actually semi-sane, and very lonely. The reason he has not died, is because he absorbed the Ayleid keystone. I still visit him from time to time.

Yeah, they are all dead i nte new zone (probably from how I heard it), but the devs wanted there to be loot in areas where they lived (dungeons etc.) so they made up armor, even though the people themselves didn't normally wear anything.

So there aren't going to be nekkid people around... it is just loot, and maybe undead outfits. I'd expect more skeletons than ghosts, and all the ghosts will be in "ritual" areas to give them an excuse to wear clothes.
