V10 Potency Rune - Rare as purple motif?

V10 Potency Runes are nearly non existent. I ran through Reaper's March for a fourth day harvesting runes and 70%+ of all runes were Essence Runes. of the Potency Runes I found, about 2/3 were V7-V9 Runes and not V10 Runes.

Zenimax, where you put the runes? Why you take them away?

same with me. found lots and lots in craglorn.
imo the bigger problem is in the last 2 days I have done a lot of rune farming in craglorn and not 1 kuta, but 40-50 in total of the two potency runes

Reapers March is a L38 - 43 zone.

OP, try Craglorn as previous posters suggested. I have better luck finding Cura and Kude there than in the final vet zones.

Not for everyone. It is EP's final vet zone and part of DC's first.

I am in EP so Reaper's March is V10.
