How do I craft a Nights Silence set?

I think I skipped over on how to make special item sets. Also, if anyone is willing, I will pay for a v10 medium armour Night Silence set.

enem✭sets require a minimum number of traits researched before they can be created. Night's Silence appears to only need you to have 2 traits researched for the item before you can craft it.
Once you have that then you need to find one of the locations in the world that allow you to craft that set. These are all over the place, so best idea is to search on the wiki's for that info. eg. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Night's_Silence
