This game is Group or Die because if you want to be "strong" like the rest of the top players, you have to keep up with them having 30 more skill points than you and the only way you can catch up is to buy a character.
Maybe they just want people to buy characters instead of level them?

I would hardly call this game group or die. most of craglorn is soloable. did you really think this was not an MMO. But i do agree raising the VR is stupid as most of the content is outgrown now.
The game would have been better served by sticking to the first road ahead reitemizing what they have , Scaling the VR dungeons to 12 , and adding in champion system.
