I Like No Global AH, But...

I can appreciate and agree on the merits of not having a global AH. I like the direction as it adds more focus to the guild and makes the economy feel a little more era/setting authentic as opposed to some modern automated stock trading platform. That being said...

We desperately need buy orders and search functionality. This game very much warrants some added market liquidity/transparency and a reference point for people on what are other players are actually willing to buy something for- compared to the current setup where you (often) are just seeing the lowest of the no-where-near-realistic selling prices. I, and I suppose most of you, would like to be able to know "Hey there's clearly people who want Voidstone. They're paying a reasonable price. Just like in real markets, seeing a bid and ask price with a relatively low spread means you know the buyers and sellers likely aren't ripping someone off. Sure, there will always be I think I'll go gathering for a bit and make some gold" It adds a certain, well, certainty, while still maintaining the more personal and asymmetrical nature of multiple competing markets.
