Nightreaver✭✭✭✭Before the patch I was not seeing any Purple recipe drops.
Since the patch I have been finding one every day.If they ever create a Legendary recipe it better contain bacon as one of the ingredients. I'm just sayin'.1 -

✭They apparently buffed the drop rate big time with the patch. Found my first 1 Wednesday and two more in quick succession on Thursday and Saturday. They were two L50's and a VR5 found in VR5 Eastmarch and VR10 Rift.
I know other players were reporting finding them also. The sellers were having a very bad time of it. The inns appear to be the main spawn points although I did find one out in the middle of Eastmarch in a cabin.Fernwood, EP Haderus NA

I talked to a guy that said he looted a VR5 Purple Recipe in Coldharbour from a desk. I've also noticed that now everyone is selling them in zone chats. I never saw anything in the patch notes of the last update but there has been a change to the drop rate. They're popping up everywhere now and the prices on them are starting to come down.1 -

HeroOfEvbof✭✭✭I popped Comsummate Honey Brittle the day after the patch and then popped Consummate Mudcrab Stew two days later.
What I am finding is that the village I use (Rawh'kha) slowly but surely does not regenerate its containers unless you give it a night. Any container that pops a recipe, whether green or blue or purple, will not be lootable after relog even if you wait 10 minutes.
By the end of the night yesterday, only one-third of the nightstands were lootable and none of the desks. I had popped either a recipe or a motif from each of them. But they were all ready for me this afternoon.

✭Found a vr5 epic drink recipe before the drop buff. Found Consumate Sweetroll recipe 3 days ago which i kept, a vr5 drink recipe yesterday and another one today.......all without farming for them. Sold the 2 drink recipes for 12k each 1 -

You sir, are a fool. Oats is one of the 2 things you can only get from a hireling and a is part of Consummate Sweetroll. I've had it for quite a while. Oats and tomatoes are the crown jewels of Provisioning.1 -

✭Yep! I'm having a hard time acquiring Oats. My hireling is being a tight ass ever since i bagged the Consumate Sweetroll recipe, not one lot of oats since. Also, they are like hens teeth in my 5 guild stores

It took a friend of mine MONTHS to understand the difference.
He never did understand the difference between Hops and Saaz Hops. Whenever I said "Nice, I just popped some Saaz Hops" he would always say "I get Hops all the time, I've got 30 in my bag right now". Believe me, he did not have 30 Saaz Hops in his bag.
