I remember that enemy... Back in the Beta, he usually sat around in Stonefalls, near the level 5 Kwama boss, a level 28 Pyromancer, who one shotted folks who got too close.
Good times.... I see he's finally moved location. I imagine he leveled up a little as well.0 -

Calluna✭✭✭I think those textures are really missing from the game client. Both my friend and I saw those boxes in what looks like the same spot while completing the quest you can see in the screenshot. We didn't try reloadui, but why would two computers randomly not load the exact same textures in this location if it is a PC problem? And apparently a third person the OP also saw the same thing.0 -
Mountain_Dewed✭✭✭I have seen this 2ice and have a very good PC. Everyone around could see it also at the time. We were at the beginning of the Earth Forge and there it sit, 3-4 of us were talking about it, so it was def server side.0 -

The rendering system is having issues communicating with the client, which tends to happen when you have your graphical settings turned up too high. It's not a server-side issue.
