With update 4 seeming to disapoint quite a few people, myself included, I'm creating a poll to gauge how many people will be cancelling their subscriptions until major content, such as the Imperial City, hits.

ESO has the potential to be the best MMORPG in the market, but currently it is far from a finished product. I am actually going to wait six months to a year and then check it out again (unless it has gone F2P by that time, and F2P MMORPGs are all crap).

Its kinda of too sad. ZOS released the game about a year too early, with no serious endgame activities. Just questing and a single mode of PvP.

My answer is not yet, Iam only v8 and am still questing, Iam not bored yet and would cancel my sub if I felt bored and had nothing to do. Have a feeling that I will get bored after vet 12 when I run out of quests to do.

keep questing, because I haven't even reached end game yet. I'm about half way through the third faction. I find this game to be most enjoyable when you just take it slow and stop to smell the flowers along the way.

Well, I wanted the concept of the justice system from the get go and had planned on my main to be an Argonian thief with some lighthearted role playing intended (I've only been playing on my Imperial test alt since release).

Though my situation is a peculiar one, as I'm not currently subscribed. I'm actually on my 2nd free 30 day period via the Hero's Guide promotion, the first being the 30 day period I got with my Imperial Edition on release. I do wish to eventually commit to the game but I decided I wanted to play through every other Elder Scrolls game beforehand so I can appreciate the shift to an MMO based ES title a bit more. Already started on Arena.

I want a lot of the upcoming features and additions coming to the game but I also find what is currently available now pretty enjoyable. I don't think I'll be done with the entire franchise catalogue by the time the Justice System rolls in but I am content with the fact that by the time I am ready to subscribe, there will be a whole lot more to enjoy. This game has some serious potential that hasn't been fully achieved yet in my opinion, but I'm confident that it'll get there.

Plus, I'm pretty poor.

I hate constant changes, I usually like to enjoy every moment of the game, and continuous fast paced game not my type.

I don't know why people are so psyched about this whole Justic System. I really coulnd't care less about the whole thing. I'm waiting for high end solo PVE regions and progressive raids.

If everyone cancelled "until X happens", the game would either be taken down, or go F2P (AKA P2W)...

If you really want the best game possible, you should consider keeping your subscription and see what happens

We're not philantropists. We're gamers. There are a lot of other MMO's out there we can play insted of ESO. If you want to contribute to a product that isn't getting the updates it needs and still feels like an unfinished product, then go ahead. But what you're stating is just silly.

Wait and see what they will fully do with update 4 and update 5. I really only care about what they do to balance magicka vs stamina, magicka sets vs stamina sets, if they stop putting on selective silent treatments towards various issued and if the do anything realistic with werewolf.

Nope - since Im still having fun.

Main is V12, but still many things to do on him.

2 alts to be made 50 before Champion system hits ...

Also, we have NO idea ( apart from a short movie ) what will be in update 4.
Granted many people lack patience and common sense to wait for information from ZOS regarding this. Cant be helped, human nature.

I am staying paying and playing, I understand that not every update that comes out every 6 to 8 weeks will be awesome, and some of them will be meh and some will be exciting for me, it really is just a matter of opnion, I am sure there are folks out there looking forward to update 4, I kinda want to try out the 10 stages of the arena, sound like it could be fun, and there is alway more to these updates than the big items. /shrug

What does it mater if it has 100% of the features I want?

It has enough features to be a Fun waste-of-my-time now. Nothing else has any relevancy.
I play several early access games and thier very definition is "we are pretty far from being even remotely finsihed". They still make a lot of fun.

If having one minor thing not there is enough to make you leave, have a nice day. You were never going to stay around to begin with and they would only hurt longtime viability if they EVER reacted to "do X or I quit" posts. So "I am going to quit posts" are really just glorified temper tantrums.

Poll is biased. I'm not thrilled about update 4 but there should be an "I'm happy with update 4" option seeing as all the other answers are so heavily leaning in the other direction
