Yeah, I've been a player since day 1, and read about a zillion posts on this forum. So I get frisky and decide to submit a story to Tales of the Dead on the last day only to discover two things. 1) Apparently I never signed up for the forum. 2) Apparently I am a doofus and never wrote down my security questions, etc to do so in an automated fashion. Normally this is a low-level problem but the contest clock was ticking so I took my first ever shot at sending up a Customer Service flare. Wow. So I get a really nice email back from Susana followed by a call from Vincent and "bada-bing" I am back in business. Very responsive and very polite (especially considering I was the creater of my own problem). The team gets five stars only because the scale doesn't go to six. Thanks!

    So far, I've been very happy with customer service. They can be a little obtuse at times, but at others they are on the spot and very helpful.

    Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.

    He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

    This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.

    Yea, it all depends on who you get I suppose. I've had some very helpful people, and... some not so helpful. A majority of the time, if not all the time, they're very friendly. Unfortunately, some of them aren't exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer... Which can make things frustrating at times.

    The help side is really good...mainly because they have ALOT of practice....to bad the game is not as good as the support.

    I've had nothing but good experiences for the most part. A couple times they elevate stuff then forget to get back to me. So that would be my only complaint.

    Just remember, no matter how bad you think the customer service for any particular company may be, it will never be as bad as Square-Enix.

    The reps themselves are amazing for the most part. Its the CS system that leaves a lot to be desired. The four or five times I have needed to contact support resulting in 12+ hour waits for callbacks and emails that didnt get answered for 3 days.

    That being said once they are answered they are always taken care of.

    I contacted CS few times and only once I was needed to clarify my question. Their answers always friendly and nice (some times I get a tons of lol's because they are so good and funny). And for the TS (first try to search next time) Thank you to the customer support team
