Yeah, I've been a player since day 1, and read about a zillion posts on this forum. So I get frisky and decide to submit a story to Tales of the Dead on the last day only to discover two things. 1) Apparently I never signed up for the forum. 2) Apparently I am a doofus and never wrote down my security questions, etc to do so in an automated fashion. Normally this is a low-level problem but the contest clock was ticking so I took my first ever shot at sending up a Customer Service flare. Wow. So I get a really nice email back from Susana followed by a call from Vincent and "bada-bing" I am back in business. Very responsive and very polite (especially considering I was the creater of my own problem). The team gets five stars only because the scale doesn't go to six. Thanks!
