No, I don't want to have more junk taking up valuable carrying space. I don't need another gold sink forcing me to have to buy this junk either.
It's fine as it is.
If you want a challenging, time consuming crafting profession that takes ages to level up, try enchanting.

You obviously need to manage your inventory better
Like I said, I do all craft, I'm far from having maxed out my bank space and I don't struggle for space.
And you obviously find it normal to magically pop out a pick axe out of thin air when you harvest minerals. Makes so much more sense then having to carry on while harvesting

I always just figured my characters were a bit naturally talented with Conjuration. I enjoy using my bound axe and bound pick, don't you?

You want realism and immersion? Think about this for a minute. You can't complain about immersion and things "magically appearing" when your character doesn't even carry a visible bag. If they did, do you know how big it would have to be to fit all that junk in?

Since everyone wants realism so much, I suggest that ZOS make it so that when you die, you cannot respawn. Therefore once you die 8 times, since you have 8 characters, you must re-buy the game.
Agreed?

That, or make the basic level tools not take space (which is effectively what happens now.)
@drkeys143, @Welka, I don't know if plenty is the word I would use, but after level 30 or so, enough fits the bill.
It's a bit of a pain, and you can't keep everything, but neither do you need to.
I can get away with less than 30 items on my person to be functional. You don't need 10 different varieties of the same potion with effect differing by 1 or 2 points.
It's usually a built in check to have to find a vendor on occasion. If you didn't have to do this, I suspect there would be many more people running around with completely broken armor, because they wouldn't think to go back and repair.eventide03b14a_ESO wrote: »No, I don't want to have more junk taking up valuable carrying space. And by challenging, @Tabbycat means painful.
@Welka, I'm assuming you are using Alts or you farm often or incredibly selectively, because what you speak of is the other extreme.
I am, however, a huge fan of weight based, with enchant assistance, of course. My horse can carry an entire Dwemer ruin on its back, but only 50 different kinds of flower petals...
@eventide03b14a_ESO , my character actually has a small pouch on his side. Perhaps that's due to extra slots purchased.
My VR has an upgraded little magical attache case in place of the pouch.
These are visible at the login screen. I don't know if they are visible in game.
Merlin13KAGL wrote: »@Welka, then I find all you say to be perfectly reasonable.
I think most of the people having inventory issues are trying to keep too much. Odds are, there are truly only a handful of mats you are using for an active character at any one time.
Your Vet5 isn't likley making L3 provisioning anymore.
I take it a step further and simple don't pick up the unneeded's in the first place.
