like i said yesterday, theres 3-4 of them that i would invite to reroll to play for us.
yeah, it makes me want to actually reroll EP. because no mercy and alacrity are really the only people who can field a really good group atm, and since no mercy is on my faction the only one i can actually fight is alacrity, and its hard to go around trying to pick an isolated fight when you only have 1 group that would put up a fight.1 -

k1llorbek1lled✭✭✭EP is carried by Crystalized's group (IR), and if they weren't on the campaign, EP would get nothing done and be worse than they are. I see them constantly try and get EP to stop camping Sej, and Sej bridge but its horrible no one listens so they have to do everything by themselves.
Also, about red and yellow teaming up.... I think everyone just hates EG's terrible cocky zerg that just tries to lag everyone out. Seriously watch them take a keep they don't even kill guards on the flag they just sit there and cap it by healing, it's so sad. Its very easy to be on a different faction and say "my friends have told me they team up" but no I'm on EP and people will say stuff like "go for DC, they're in first, stop pushing AD" and vice versa if AD is in front, but its never any agreements or anything between the two. Its more of whoever is in first, gets pushed. Even with that though EP pugs never listen and you can always find at least 50 or more terribles at Sej, Sej bridge, or the FRONT DOOR (/facepalm) of Alessia.stop the zerging3 -

Yeah, there's a lot of good solo players to fight though without being having to switch to EP or join a group. All-Bizniz, Kuthlan, and Vencenzo are some that I can think of off the top of my head.Alacrity

Only? How do you know this? I judge how good people are by how well they play. I also recognize that the best players tend to hold emperor e.g. Naw, Hova, Rooty, Mimi, etc. We had perma-emps on 4 servers last campaign. That's not easy to pull off when you have maybe 18 full-time players.The only substitute for victory is overkill.0 -

How many people out there use to be high rated arena players? I barely run into anyone else that was serious about arena in c9 or wow that plays ESO.yeah, theres quite a few ex-rank1 arena players from wow that pvp right now. im sure theyre super anxious for arena as well.
I mean I look for them all the time, I wish there were more, I just rarely find any.

Plenty of non wow PvP players who have quite the experience playing arena type pvp ala Warhammer, SWTOR, TSW, etc

There are groups that do the exact same thing you do -- with more optimal strategies, I might add -- without such thirst for fanfare. There is a difference between killing 30-40 people over the length of a fight and blowing up 30-40 people at once, who spawn multiple times on forward camps to get bombed again.
You say you compete with top groups, but this is not the case. You do not cut through roughly 100 effective enemy players. There is a qualitative and and quantitative difference here which you fail to acknowledge.
Calling me "mad" is a bit hyperbolic. I would say that I am mildly irritated.

Can't tell if being arrogant/deluded that somehow if you didn't do Wow PvP you are somehow lesser or if you are just claiming that these games' instanced PvP was different than other instanced PvP games (in which case... duh, that doesn't change that fact that tactics, strategy, style of play, etc. are very similar across them)

I.... I have O.o . The end result is simply a far more competitive game which of course makes things far more interesting, but really games lacking a ranked/ladder system for their instanced pvp can still be very competitive you just tend to have many games where you just smash the competition between running into an organized groupEdited by Huntler on August 13, 2014 5:24PM0 -

for many THIS is where the competition is:
campaign 10 days old - almost 28,000 points per faction and yet they are only separated by by a few hundred points
it's like an awesome challenging race where all the competitors are neck and neck and the lead changes often and everybody is excited
you on the other hand are like a fire ant on the ground that got run over by the competitors but insist on saying 'BUT I'M STILL RELEVANT, I CAN BITE YOU YOU KNOW!!!'
give it a rest will ya?
we get that you like small gvg - we get that you hate zergs
why don't you get that we're in an AvAvA game DESIGNED to have hundreds of players on the screen at the same time (the epic FPS faiuls with that are a totally separate issue lol)

I enjoyed these posts, but like Manoekin said, this DK is brand new. My /played is less than 2 weeks, and I played 16-20 hours/day last week. Like most guilds, Alacrity members run specialized group builds; if you caught me out in the field and have even a modicum of skill, you'd beat me.
