I even asked in zone chat the last few days about the constant rain and no one else had the issue. Sure, I like it when it rains too and even if it lasts awhile. I'd be good with 20-40 minute rain periods a couple times during my game session (4-5 hours) but to have it rain easily 90% (maybe more!) of my game session is becoming far beyond absurd.0

I play games for a bit of escapism, so just once in a while I'd like to not have to see rain, whether real or virtual!
In fact they could make a localised version... where you select somewhere like the UK, and you get less rain, or somewhere like the Nevada Desert you get nothing but torrential rain storms, Aussie version has nothing but snow storms... and Norway gets dust storms!

I live in the UK and I like that it rains ingame. Stormhaven and Glenumbra are my favourite zones so far (am in Alik'r desert and equivalent AD/EP zones).1 -
