Rolling back the Nvidia driver did help with freezing, but other performance problems and crashing still persist.Merlin13KAGL wrote: »Most recent Nvidia driver seemed to not play well, so rolled back 2 patches ago. Do not know if this was on Nvidia's side or ESO's side.

It is completely normal for ESO (or any other program for that matter) to continue allocating memory up to 4GB. It is not a memory leak, this is just how computers work.
Hard crashes are not caused by memory leaks. They are caused by video card driver problems and temperature issues 99.99% of the time. ESO crashes could be caused by a memory leak, or they could be caused by literally anything else, including addons.
I just hope the devs aren't taking people seriously when they say "OMG ESO went from 800k to 2.4GB usage MEMORY LEAK!!11one1"
