When are you fixing the crashes/memory leak in 1.3 patch?

Several hard crashes - rarely in intense situations. (10 or more in less than 8 hours, all Cyrodiil)

No real FPS issues (though I didn't check the actual rate, there was no problem observing what was going on) in 50 against 50 easily while right in the middle.

I no longer have Server/Client limbo (beeping followed by continuous last action.)

I did experience some command delay (weapon swap / skill select), etc.

Most recent Nvidia driver seemed to not play well, so rolled back 2 patches ago. Do not know if this was on Nvidia's side or ESO's side.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.

Rolling back the Nvidia driver did help with freezing, but other performance problems and crashing still persist.

Why do people think that when a program allocates memory that it is a "memory leak"? Seriously no one in this thread has any idea what they are talking about.

It is completely normal for ESO (or any other program for that matter) to continue allocating memory up to 4GB. It is not a memory leak, this is just how computers work.

Hard crashes are not caused by memory leaks. They are caused by video card driver problems and temperature issues 99.99% of the time. ESO crashes could be caused by a memory leak, or they could be caused by literally anything else, including addons.

I just hope the devs aren't taking people seriously when they say "OMG ESO went from 800k to 2.4GB usage MEMORY LEAK!!11one1"

Because their max memory is being exceeded instead of hitting a limit (allocated memory). Yes I know... Virtual should cut in and dead code swapped out, but doesnt always work well when push comes to shove. Especially waiting for textures to load from virtual.

The lack of communication on the memory leak issue is disturbing at best. For a "AAA MMORPG" these are some of the worst game breaking issues I've seen go live since the days of UO and DAoC, but even they were better about fixing things within at the very least a week.

    Seconded.

ZoS incompetence has reintroduced two previously fixed bugs:
    - FPS drop is back
    - Memory leak is back

How can a company be so incompetent?

Scrum / Agile grown out of control.
    There you go.

They really need to hire a PR rep.

Not only that but I get dismounted 3x a day in Cyrodill usually around keeps but not always.

The FPS drop has only happened once for me but ive crashed around 40x since patch.
