First of all I would like to say that this is INDEED server side lag because it is happening to other people than just me when I notice it. It has been pretty bad since Friday (8/8) EU morning (4amish EST). They are spikes that often lead to the game hanging for a good minute or two and sometimes end with getting kicked off. Sometimes it is just so bad I alt+f4 out just to get something MOVING.

The lag isn't contained to any particular zone or anything. Guildies off in another zone or instance (the affectionately named "Laglorn") have had issues, and my husband and I off in different factions and parts of the world have had issues simultaneously. If not for confirmation from other players in zone chat and guildies, I would have suspected a connection issue on my end, but that doesn't appear to be the case. I've been playing the game since the beta on NA servers despite being located in the EU without issue previously and I wouldn't even say that is it as the guildies having issue are located in the US.

It is particularly annoying and has lead to many deaths. Not sure what the problem is, but just wanted to bring attention to it. Quite frankly I'm surprised no one said anything about it sooner as frequent and long as it is. O_o
