The current vet dungeons are beautifully made and are a really fun experience with serious challenges. The issue I am having is that the group finder is empty and the players I know are reluctant due to the difficulty.

I am hesitant to join a PUG simply due to the abusive nature of some people, and on the other end of the spectrum, the incompetence of other people.

Please, do NOT turn this into a request for lowered difficulty. Vet dungeons are already easy enough (most competent groups learn the mechanics in 1-2 attempts). I agree that the reward system needs to be reworked to introduce more incentives beyond achievement hunting. Hopefully the Undaunted challenges will provide this.
As others have said, guilds are generally how most people are finding their groups these days.
I come from wow and have had experienced lots of fun and some pain through the group finder.

Do you make it easier or increase the benefits maybe involving a currency that can be collected.
It seems to me that this great part of the game is not being played or participated in enough and something needs to be done
Am I alone in this?
