Yeah lots of us have reported this. I have daily emails with CS over it. A thing that has happened to me is I did a respec. I logged off for an hour and came back to set up my weapons and skills. Now my character fires skills from the PREVIOUS skill set up. It happens with new skills in the 1-5 slots AND I even did another respec and didn't add ANY skills yet I could fire off skills from my previous set up. Something went wack with this last update.

I had the issues before I did a respec. I did that as part of testing to see if it would clear out the bug aka confusion over the weapons. It just created more confusion in the weapon setup and weapon swap. I deleted a lvl 18 over it. Nothing I tried would allow any weapon to show up in her hands and I never knew what she would fire when I hit the 1-5 keys. I would hit pierce armor with my sword/board and I would get shards and that wasn't even on either skill line of 1-5. Hard to fight not knowing what the heck is going to happen when you hit a 1-5 key. My v1 is sitting in Coldharbour with the same issues.

My V1 worked without fail until this update. Now she can just sit there cause I am getting tired of not knowing what is going to happen when I hit a key or what weapon my character will actually use. CS said in a reply to one of my tickets they "hope" to have a fix by the next patch. Who knows when the next patch is and if they will have a fix. It is crystal clear this update messed up weapons, skills and brought back the horrible memory leaks. I think those need to be top priorities for an ASAP hot fix.

Same here unsolved as well, I have to use Wykkid's outfitter to force character redraw to get around this when I want to equip different types of weps.

An addon dev was able to 'fix' this issue in days, ZOS on the other hand....
