ESO Stopped working / Stucked on loading screen

Hey,
so after the Guild fix, I am unable to log in. ESO stopped working and it get stucked on loading screen after I select character.
Tried it on my desktop and on my laptop. Its the same.
I tried re-download, fresh OS installation, nothing works.
Unsubing till the issue is resolved, dont really wanna pay for something which is broken.
