New dungeon icons are outlined black as if I never completed them

Hey there!
Is this a new bug or something because all of dungeons now have new icons, and they all have black outline which at least in the past meant that you haven't done it before... or is this change intentional?

Yeah I am not a fan of the new icons. They are way too large and the unfinished dungeon look just drives me nuts due to ocd tendancies lol.3 -

Slovenian_Gamer✭✭✭Why does ZOS keeping "fixing" things that were already working and doesn't fix the bugs that really affect overall gameplay? For example, the bug in Spindle seems to be unfinished (not in patch notes)...1

KariTR✭✭✭✭✭Are these the public - not for solo - dungeons? I assumed they were black and white to highlight the fact that though 'completed' there were still challenges remaining inside.
But yes, I dislike them too.0 -
GnatB✭✭✭✭My assumption was it's because that particular character has only done the "local" lvl ~14 dungeon, (i.e. Banished Cells) and not the ones for the other factions, (i.e. spindleclutch, fungal grove) I'm not a big fan of group content, so I'm only doing the ones in the appropriate faction, as it seems somewhat lore breaking to do the others, and I'm not really into that play style anyways.
If it still shows up that way even if you've done the other ones though, then I've got nothing.Achievements Suck0
