Any idia where can i get those ?
This item seems to have quality compared to Tier 2 Trial items.
It give 81 stamina instead of 78 at VR12 epic quality. It is also give 14 weapon damage, while strongest crafted glyphs gives only 13.

I checked all the shops on Cyrodiil and they only provide VR1 version of this set.

I might be missing something ?

    I, too, would like to know where gear like this originates. Does it drop via the Rewards emails and people upgrade it via enchants? I have never enchanted jewelry so I am unsure if that is how it works.

    I just wish the vendors in Cyrodiil would sell all set pieces for your level instead of the collection of VR1, VR6, VR10, VR11 and VR12 gear they stock.

    Last time I saw this set being sold by the vendors of the starting areas in Cyrodiil (its a Heavy Armor set). On the PTS there was a special vendor for this elite equipment VR12.

    Heavy armor merchant also have only VR1 version of this set.

    Where exactly this Elite vendor locatetd and what his name ?

    Nvm, found it. On AD side vendor name is Shadura (have red question mark icon) Located in Eastern Elswier Gates Armor Merchants tent.

    She also have all other type of pvp gear in VR12 quality (which is probably VR13, because stats look like Tier 2 Trial items)

    Has anyone found this (new?) elite vendor in the EP gate areas? I only found the old, lower level gear merchants when I looked yesterday at the usual vendor locations at the Northern and Southern Morrowind Gates.

    The new vendor's question mark icon can be seen on the map for the North Morrowind Gate in the same location as the other vendors; but this new vendor is nowhere to be found. I have contacted support, not that I expect them to be much help as this appears to be a bug - and a mildly unfair one at that if some factions have access to this gear and other factions do not.

    Just so everybody knows. This vendor sells items with quality better then anything you can craft or upgrade (if you got green quality items by e-mail as Reward for the Worthy).

    I mean that all the Traits on Epic jewelry there have more stats then any other VR12 epic jewelry and all VR12 Epic gear have enchants with quality even stronger then VR12 Legendary glyph.

    The Enchants upgrade when ya upgrade the loot as well.

    However it wasn't worth it for me to spend 248k a piece on the Twin Sister set item when I could get the VR11 one for 33k a piece (Which when upgraded to Legendary was equivalent almost to Vr12 purple version)

    Looks like the EP one might be bugged, I can't seem to find it anywhere people reported it was on PTS in the merchant house but NPC isn't there on live.

    A GM chatted with me in game last night after I contacted support about not being able to find this vendor for EP. Supposedly the vendor should be near the chopped wood inside the Merchant House entrance closest to the stable. The GM really didn't have much to say other than recommending I try reloadui, logging out, repairing my client and the usual CS workarounds/solutions which all failed to make the vendor appear. Maybe today's patch will fix it.

    Similarly, are you seeing a vendor in the Fighters Guild tavern at the Southern Gate? The map says a vendor should be there; but I couldn't find one yesterday.

    I was hoping the non-elite vendor might have VR 10, 11, or 12 for this set with the new level cap, but now between the regular enchanted jewelry vendor and the elite gear vendor it just jumps from VR1 to VR14.

    If it helps, the new elite gear vendor with the vr14 items is not in the area with the bank and crafting stations. In DC it's the southern gate area, I'm not sure about AD/EP.

    I actually never checked any vendor in Cyrodiil... lol maybe i should. That set looks awfully nice... hell i'll take the VR1 version.

    For EP, the vendor is at the northen gate in the same building as the other gear vendors.

    No decent Light sets available though...

    Still rocking Warlock+Seducer here. Don't think that'll change any time soon.
