There is a single note in a house during the "search the tower district" part of the quest that I cannot interact with. Ironically enough, the note is called "Access Denied"

✭some of the reapers march quest you have to open item bag and go to quest bag, and open notes there, dont know why they suddenly switched it up like that....0
