Hit someone with a light attack... realise there's 5 or 6 enemy to one... dark cloak away from combat 4 times for at least 10 seconds... come out of dark cloak... try to hide? NOPE, still visible. no enemy's on screen, I've moved behind rocks, down a cliff, far away... still can't hide, remain "in combat" until I'm found and killed. well over 20+ seconds after the one light attack.

That, imo, is broken.
